Lyn started working for Metal Masters in 1970, shortly after marrying the boss's (Ed Shipley) daughter! He attended Abilene Christian College and Southern Oregon College. He completed the four year sheet metal mechanic's apprenticeship program and installed heating and cooling systems for the first few years at Metal Masters. Shortly after completing the apprenticeship program, he began taking classes offered by Lennox Industries to become a "factory-trained" service technician. His experiences with both commercial and residential design, installation and service contribute to a comprehensive knowledge of our industry.

In his spare time he loves to play golf and fly a J-3 Cub which he inherited from his uncle.
