Bill Jarred, Commercial Superintendent, started his career in the HVAC industry at 15 years of age working with his dad.  He went to work for McLaughlin Plumbing & Heating in 1986 and completed the Oregon State Apprenticeship program while employed there.  He came to Metal Masters in 1992 and worked as a mechanic in both Residential and Commercial departments. He now runs a crew of five men and manages several commercial projects at a time.
